Our Accreditation Process

Timeline: 5-9 weeks

Intake Form Submission

Fill out the intake form with basic information about your small school. Within a week, you will receive guidance about whether you are ready to submit a Full Application.

Submit Initial Application: 1-2 weeks

After receiving positive guidance, submit your application with detailed information about your small school's mission, curriculum, staff qualifications and criminal background checks, and operational procedures. Upon submission, you will receive a candidacy number and timeline estimate.

Documentation Review: 2-3 weeks

Our team conducts a comprehensive review of your submitted materials to ensure they meet our accreditation standards and requirements.

Interview and Virtual Site Visit: 1-2 weeks

Our accreditation team conducts a virtual site visit to meet with your staff and parents, tour your facilities, and review your documentation.

Accreditation Decision: 1-2 weeks

Based on the comprehensive review and virtual site visit, we make a decision regarding accreditation and provide detailed feedback.

Ongoing Support
